just wanted to say thanks, to both watchers old and new.

i'm pretty inactive in terms of commenting and stuff, but i get around eventually...which i hope those of you who do comment have noticed.

a lot has recently happened in my life, mostly terrible things. but at the same time, i've had some of the most incredible experiences life had to offer me...and though i've lost people that i loved, i also learned that nothing is truly lost. i've been painting a lot more...this is probably more noticeable to my long-time watchers. most of what i'm doing now is an extension of myself...emotionally, physically. it might not always make sense, but i hope you like it anyway. i do

so, thanks again...and i feel encouraged knowing that although i've jumped ship so many times and for such long periods of time, people still care about what i do.

i've been submitting stuff and most of them are just concept speedpaints or pokemon...haha.

well, current projects:

- finish painting 2 of 4 in my upcoming site release header series.
- try and assemble together my pokemanz team in speedpaint forms ...it's been really funn
- nothing else of significance.

lol so i finally upgraded to an intuos4!!

my old intuos3 (which was my second one, first one fell to a sunkist attack) was getting on my nerves and i had some spare cash so...what the hay.

it seems to be amazing so far, really like the new lil info thingy on the tablet, and it looks sooooooo sleek. and i'm not just sayin that cuz it's all black, lol...which i like. the new pen also looks 100000x better than the old one. i can paint again!!

holy shit, was the last time i submitted a journal seriously july of last year? lmao.
guess i really don't pay attention to much around here anymore. while cleaning out my gallery/storage i had the chance to read some older comments left by you guys...some of you were close friends, some are still close friends...some of you are no longer with us. but it's kinda cool seeing this virtual memory, ya know? scrap that, the letters and phrases might be stored digitally, the memory is very real. good times, good times.

anyways...a lotta shit happened over summer, and i lost someone extremely close to me.
it's a feeling that's hard to describe...and i've never felt more depressed in my life...during the first month, my weight dropped an average of 5 pounds a week. BUT...i've learned to live on. i've learned that life will always be tragic if you refuse to see it any other way, and no matter how i mope and brood nothing will change if i don't do anything to change it.

more importantly, i realized how busy i've been. i was always preoccupied with the next moment before it happened. i'm the kinda person that can't really enjoy anything good because i always dread its end from the beginning. that part of me has to be changed. painting helps, so does ps3 and maybe a lil booze and nicotine...well, enough of me babbling about utter shit that probably none of you care about, lol.

i've got way too many projects going on simultaneously (personal projects) to squeeze in between work and my other obligations...but i'm trying my best to pace myself and get stuff done. i think i've changed my painting style a lot since i started painting (for those of you that bothered to follow my stuff for that long, or even remember)...but i'm liking the change, hope you like it as much as i do. thanks for the continual support, guys...even though i'm basically non-existent when it comes to responding to comments. i usually get to read your comments like 2 days after they've been posted and i get lazy...sorry about that.

people, im not dead nor have i left dA forever

i'm just kinda dazed, wandering around life atm. got my psyc degree 2 weeks ago and figuring out where im heading from this point on. doing some social psyc research starting sept. that should be interesting

moved back home, finally...after all these years. probably will move out again after my job settles but for now im having a hectic hell of a time organizing all my misc. shit that i've someone accumulated over the past four years. you never realize how much shit you got until you need to move, lol...it was amazing that i needed 3 med. sized luggage cases just to transport all my cloths.

people who are sending me emails asking if they can use this, use that...go to my site and read my policy...it's pretty clear that i basically let you do anything with my stuff as long as you're not making money or helping someone make a profit off of them. no need to ask for my permission...since you'll probably wait a month before i even see the email

but i'll be painting and active again soon im sure...everything just sorta stopped due to finals/graduation/moving out etc. but i'll be back, i'll be back.

i haven't watched too many anime series, and really only finished maybe
4 (mainly because i only invest time into series that REALLY interest me).
my favorite series was always Serial Experiments Lain...and i've recently
discovered something called Texhn Lyze...which bears much resemblance
(as well as sharing the same creator) to 玲音 (Lain). so here's a question
that probably no one watching me can answer...but i'll ask anyway. can
anyone tell me what texhn lyze is about and if it's worth watching?

but seriously, my site layout is almost done, after saying so often that
i'd work on it i think i've killed many people's patience...including my
own...hah. but i was busy not only with life (school, my dad's health)
but also trying to find a style of painting that i really enjoyed...and
pushing myself beyond the limit that i've adhered to so obediently
for so long.

if you're wondering why i haven't been submitting any prints...well,
soon i'll be taking off all of my prints from dA because once my site
gets running i'm going to be using another print service. since im
painting much larger in dimensions than i was accustomed to...you'll
actually get to see my prints offered in larger sizes. gasp.

oh and about heath ledger (r.i.p)...nothing more to add to the tons of
